Sources & methods
Where the numbers come from.
Operating facts come from the dealer-controlled platform. Industry figures come from the original research or the closest public record. Models show their assumptions.
Vespoke operating evidence
Recorded, observed and modeled are different claims.
The Barnes Crossing impact study labels each figure by evidence type. Delivery, repair-order, appointment, contract and activation counts come from governed aggregate records. Management observations stay attributed. Workflow savings and campaign outcomes remain models until operating receipts replace the assumptions.
- Recorded fact
- A warehouse aggregate, system receipt, release record or production schedule supports the claim.
- Management observation
- An operating result reported by management without a controlled attribution design.
- Model
- A planning calculation with its rate, cadence or time assumptions shown.
Operating evidence is aggregated and public-safe. Customer information, store-level financials, lender information and restricted screenshots are not published.
