About Vespoke

Built from inside dealership operations.

Daniel Kim built Vespoke while running operations for a 16-rooftop group, using live dealership records, permissions and operating definitions.

Barnes Crossing is the proving ground. The operating model is designed for any dealership that wants every decision to start with the same business context.

The code is the easy part. The operating rule is the product.

A useful dealership product still needs clean records, an accountable definition, the right access and a place in the day's work.

A dealership is decentralized by design. Vespoke shows where a store or department needs attention without removing local judgment from the people responsible for the result.

Daniel previously founded automotive marketing-cloud company Orbee, served as COO at Carmigo, and worked with automotive companies at Bain & Company. Vespoke brings that technology experience back to dealership operations.

01

Name the operating rule

Define the source of truth, responsible user, allowed action and recorded outcome.

02

Put it in the work

The product belongs where the decision happens, with the evidence and exceptions visible.

03

Keep the operating asset

The dealer owns the data layer, code and definitions that make each later product faster.

"Centralize awareness, not judgment."

Give every operator the same customer, vehicle, store and outcome context. Keep the decision with the person responsible for the result.

Bring one decision you see too late.

We will trace the records, settle the rule, identify who acts and show the closest working product.
