What the website collects
The working-session form asks for your name, dealership or group, email address, and an optional operating question. The Manifold form asks only for an email address. Basic infrastructure logs may also record technical information needed to deliver and protect the site.
How it is used
Inquiry information is used to respond to you and prepare for the conversation. Newsletter information is used to add you to The Manifold list. Vespoke does not sell or rent this information.
Measurement without form contents
The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to measure page views and a small set of interactions: working-session clicks, opened system cards, article opens, and completed forms. Names, email addresses, dealership names, and free-text form contents are never included in those analytics event properties.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the website and provides website analytics. Form notifications may be delivered through Resend or an authenticated mail service. These providers process only the information needed to perform their role.
Production dealership data
Website inquiries are separate from production engagements. Before dealership data moves, the parties define approved sources, access roles, hosting, retention, incident responsibilities, and the handoff path in the engagement documents. Vespoke designs production access around the dealer's information-security program and qualified advisors.
Retention and choices
Inquiry and newsletter records are kept only as long as needed for the stated purpose, normal business records, and applicable obligations. You may ask to update or delete your website inquiry information, or leave The Manifold list, by emailing daniel@danjkim.com.
